40+ acres of private land for up to 50 overnight guests
Kulaniapia allows you to bring people together like no other place on earth. With a range of accommodation options from the Inn, to the Farm, and a dedicated staff of hospitality, event and adventure specialists, you don't have to worry about any details you don't enjoy. While we are limited to 50 overnight guests, we can accommodate up to 100 "day of" guests if you are hosting a special event, and can help with the arrangements for any additional overnight guests with trusted, nearby vacation homes.
Location services are available for commercial filming, and we have experience hosting large production crews for commercials, film and TV. While we are completely off the grid, we offer easy access for equipment and utilities throughout the property.
